We had a break down on our trip from Knoxville to northern Wisconsin. Our black tank drain line broke loose and was dragging down the interstate. Ugh. My first call to an RV dealer wanted 3 days to fix it. Sunny Island had mercy on us and took us in. While we had lunch with friends, they fixed us up and we were on the road again. Great service, great people. What more can I say.

I had just bought a new Thor Omni (2020) at Collier rv in Rockford. When I picked the coach up I noticed the fuel tanks were not full(salesperson said they would be full) so I stopped to cap off. The pump kept shutting off and I was unable to fill. I checked the lines under the rv and 1 was to low and the other was to high. I called collier and they said they don't work on fuel lines. Thor gave me sunny island rv as a local Thor dealer. They did an excellent job. Both tanks were redone and now work perfect. They also moved the generator exhaust at the same time since it was touching one of the leveling Jack's. Highly recommend there service department.

When our bathroom exhaust fan cover blew off in severe weather a few weeks back, we unknowingly took in water. We needed a fast fix. First they answer the phones on Saturday and checked to make sure they had parts in stock. Then, their service was open and working, and worked on us right away and installed new cover where there was none!! Everyone was professional, friendly and very knowledgeble. 5 stars to all at Sunny Island RV. Thank You, J&D

The service Staff at Sunny Island RV is incredible. Knowing that I had limited time to have my problems solved on my 2018 RoadTrek CS Adventurous I called far in advance and set up an appointment. Volt Start, Charging, Hot water heater, no problem. They fixed it in no time and the staff from top to bottom is incredible. Sure there may be "Bigger" dealers in the area, this dealership understands that to be small means you need to be competitive rates and service is the key to any vehicle moving down the road. These folks are the BEST by a long-shot. There are closer dealerships to me but I wouldn't switch for anything.

Although I now live locally to this RV Dealer, I never had a reason to need service before now. But I called them because just prior to leaving on a multi week cross country trip with my travel trailer, I found a small but disabling problem. I spoke with Steve Morgan, Service Manager, who upon hearing my plight said that he would squeeze me to their busy service schedule the very next morning. I brought my camper in and Steve personally took care of the problem in just a few minutes, and charged me nothing for solving my problem. I could not be more satisfied than I am with Sunny Island and without a doubt will be going there for all my RV needs from here on in.

the service dept was excelent had a window repaired and a handle installed. they were knowledgable and my trailer was cleaned up very good after window repaired. steve the service manager and the employees were very nice. if u need any parts or acceries kevin is the man to talk to he knows trailers inside and out. they have a good supply of what ever you might need. they did a great job thanks to all of you dale

We just purchased an Astoria 5th wheel from Sunny Island. This is the second RV we have purchased from this fine business. We have looked at RV's online and at other places but we return to Sunny Island because the people and the service can't be beat. We like all of the staff, they treat us as friends as well as customers and you are never made to feel like they don't have time for you. Be sure to stop in and look at the large variety of RV's they have. Then stop the office and meet the General Manager Jeff and his crew. You will not be disappointed.

Steve, Kim, and the entire Sunny Island Service Department has been nothing but stellar in terms of the help they've given me with my Roadtrek SS Agile. Steve especially, is incredibly knowledgeable (and willing to share that knowledge) about Roadtrek and I assume most other recreational vehicles on the market. Kim is also quite knowledgeable in her own right and is quite generous with her time and sense of humor. She always seems to keep a cool head no matter how crazy things get in the service department. I highly recommend Sunny Island for all your RV sales and service needs. This is the way a company should operate!

While traveling home from Wisconsin to Michigan, our slide shifted and was out of alignment about three inches. We stopped at an Oasis along I90 to correct the slide. The slide went out just fine but would not retract. The manual crank was not working. After several calls to AAA - Good Sams - local dealers, someone suggested Sunny's. They were super helpful and tried to walk us through a possible fix over the phone, unfortunately, the drive motor for the slide was damaged not allowing the slide to move. Sunny's came out to the Oasis and within an hour had the slide, not just in but fixed! When they provided the invoice, I could not believe how reasonable they were! Emergency roadside assistance and actually fixing the issue without a huge markup. Would highly recommend this service team - Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. A huge Thank you!!
